Eco-Macbeth: Nature Fights Back

Join the Department of Performing and Media Arts for Eco-Macbeth: Nature Fights Back with Dr. Christopher Marino (UNC-Wilmington) and Dr. Stehpanie Shirilan (Syracuse University) featuring PMA Senior Lecturer Theo Black’s acting students on Friday, November 7, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM in the Black Box Theatre (SB21), Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts. This event is free and open to the public.

This Practice-based-Research series engages Shakespeare’s Macbeth through an ecological lens, bringing in renowned guest scholar-practitioners to guide original work with Cornell students, seeking new ways to read & stage our shared role with nature in this era of ecological crises.
