Performing & Media Arts Research Colloquium

The Performing and Media Arts Research Colloquium is an interdisciplinary workshop for research on theatre and performance, cinema, media, and dance, providing a shared forum for scholars and scholar-practitioners to present new work. Bringing together faculty and graduate students, the colloquium nurtures research on the diverse and intermedial forms of dramatic, documentary, and embodied storytelling through established and cutting-edge methodologies, from dramatic criticism, cultural and social theory, historical research, ethnography, practice-as-research, and beyond. We welcome scholars from across the humanities and from a broad range of international perspectives to advance a wide-ranging conversation. Faculty Convener: Nick Salvato. Graduate Student Facilitator: Jon Cicoski.

All papers are pre-circulated. For access to the upcoming paper, please email Nick Salvato.
