Danang Pamungkas is a dancer and choreographer from Indonesia. With an unwavering dedication to traditional Javanese dance and a fervent engagement with modern dance, including three years with Taiwan’s Cloud Gate Dance Theater, Danang moves in two worlds. By practicing both, he makes them one. The performances are sponsored by the Department of Music, the Department of , and the Southeast Asia Program. Both events are free and open to the public.
