A 40-minute dance concert, containment: defining boundaries, activating outbreak, explores the many ways one can be contained in a traditional performance setting. In a series of differing sections, this concert addresses how our own expectations and societal structures confine us to a certain type of performance. This predictability of stage performance provides inspiration for breaking out of our individual containment.
