Under-Construction Cabaret

Do you sing? Act? Juggle? Tell jokes? Write poems? Play the oboe? Do magic tricks? SOMETHING EVEN MORE EXCITING?!

Come share your talent in a low-stakes, high-payoff environment at the PMA Under-Construction Cabaret. Sign up beforehand, and you'll get a five-minute slot to do whatever you want. As the name suggests, this is a space for work at any stage of development. Feel free to experiment, test things out, play around, and share your passion.

Just want to watch? That's great, too! Come cheer on your friends and classmates. After the pre-planned performers, we'll open up the stage to anyone who may have been inspired to share. Maybe it'll be you!

These events will be hosted by the Cornell Ambassadors for Media and Performance (CAMP) and Graduate Researchers in Media and Performance Arts (GRMPA) in conjunction with the Department of .

How do I sign up?
Send an email to Kelly Richmond (kbr42@cornell.edu) with your name, the date you want to perform, and a rough idea for your act (and it can change!). No audition, just volition. Sign-up closes 48 hours before each show, but you can still come the night of to try and grab a slot when we open up the floor at 8:00 p.m.
