Stratford Contributes Essay for World Premiere of Edith Wharton's Lost Play

PMA Lecturer and Advising Dean Aoise Stratford had the honor of writing the program essay for the Shaw Festival's world premiere production of Edith Wharton's recently rediscovered lost play "The Shadow of a Doubt."

Written at the beginning of the 20th century, “The Shadow of a Doubt” is the Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist’s only known full-length play.  “I was pretty thrilled to be at what may be the only Wharton opening night ever,” said Stratford.
