Q&A with film editor & NYU film professor Jenn Ruff, Dec. 7

Join us on Monday, December 7, at 10:00 a.m. EST for a Q&A session with film editor and NYU film professor Jenn Ruff.

Jenn Ruff is a film editor, video artist, and collagist based in Brooklyn. She explores the alchemy that results from combining divergent shots, paper cut-outs, and celluloid. She believes that, in the right order, art can cast spells. Jenn has edited numerous award-winning films, including Sister’s Rising, which won best documentary at the American Indian Film Festival in 2020, and Erin Vassapalous Superior, coming out in 2021. Jenn has been an editing professor at NYU’s Tisch Graduate School of Film for over 15 years and has exhibited her films and collages at galleries in New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo.
