Spencer Whale ’14, a Performing and Media Arts alum who graduated with a Theatre Arts degree, will make his Broadway debut as the Assistant Director for the upcoming show, "LEMPICKA." The production comes to Broadway on March 19 at the Longacre Theatre in New York City."
“Spanning decades of political and personal turmoil and told through a thrilling, pop-infused score, LEMPICKA boldly explores the contradictions of a world in crisis, a woman ahead of her era, and an artist whose time has finally come,” according to the official blurb for the musical at lempickamusical.com.
“It feels incredibly special to be reaching this new career milestone while continuing to tell the story of the bold, bisexual art deco icon Tamara de Lempicka,” says Whale.
