The Department of Performing and Media Arts (PMA) is looking to hire a Production Stage Manager.
The Production Stage Manager supports a range of productions, events, and teaching in the Department of Performing and Media Arts. Working in close collaboration with faculty, staff and students, this position manages multiple theatre, dance, film, and mediated productions per year, from fully resourced work to smaller workshopped productions. For fully resourced productions, the Production Stage Manager is responsible for the entire production, including planning, organizing, disseminating information and troubleshooting. During rehearsal and show periods, the SM plays a key role by maintaining daily contact, usually in person, with the production director, designers, actors, and other essential personnel to assure a successful production/event.
